Compatibility with Kalico?

Are there any plans to make the BD sensor compatible with Kalico? I recently tried installing the BD sensor on a machine running Kalico and ran into quite a few problems such as the machine shutting down at the end of a BED_MESH_CALIBRATE, no implementation of no_stop_probe when uncommented, etc. The solution, of course, was to replace Kalico with Klipper and everything works great but now I lose certain advantageous functionalities that are only available in Kalico. I hope you will consider.
