Suggestion for improvement - Weighted Voting #74

First of all thank you for the great program!
In the work of our community, we are faced with the need to conduct voting based on the number of votes.
The only working bot we found is this https://github.com/evaera/Votum It supports the number of votes for each participant with a specific role and many other functions, but, unfortunately, it is far from Poolmaster in terms of convenience.
My suggestion is to take the Weighted Voting functions and add them as an extension to Poolmaster.
