ISSUE - Outdated documentation (moved to \DataDiDVR 2023-09-21)

The README document on GitHub for VRNetzer (not the DataDiVR backend) at

https://github.com/menchelab/VRNetzer

seems to be badly outdated, as does the 'doku' content.

Can someone tell me how the documentation on GitHub relates to both the prior version of VRNetzer and the current 'public beta'? Where should one be looking for authoritative documentation?
