Foreign characters (Chinese/Japanese) intermittently getting missed while saving the comment. #73
Description
We are noticing intermittently chinese/japanese characters are getting missed while the comment is saved. Partially the comment is saving without any issue but some part of the chinese and japanese characters are missed.
