fix: Resize on all rows stops working in FluentDataGrid

🐛 Bug Report

The resize on all rows feature seems to stop working events change the page. Example:

• Main traces grid resize stops working after details is opened
• Details grid resize stops working after data is changed

Visible in the dashboard in this PR: dotnet/aspire#10477

Keeps working.

I've also noticed that sometimes grids ignore ResizeColumnOnAllRows="false" and resizing on all rows is still enabled despite it being false.

Also clicking on another trace etc does not interfere with the resizing capabilities

Do you have a specific example of where that is happening. Bit hard to track down like this

I can't reproduce it now either. Must have been a caching issue.

I keep randomly seeing resize on all rows with FluentDataGrid instances where it has been turned off.

Unfortunately I can't create a reliable repo, but something is going on here.
