Still having error 0x8a15000f without full gui (Data required by the source is missing)

Hi!
I write powershell script with corporate environment to update workstations.
I checked:

• administrative rights
• elevated powershell
• logon with real user from active directory
• run with full user environment (task scheduler with Lansweeper deployment)
• the firewall and wireshark cannot see any fault in the communication.
• the powershell library drop similar error
• tested on windows 10 and 11 with multiple patch level
• ask the google, chatgpt, several times :-) and again...

But i gave the 0x8a15000f error every install or upgrade command with
If i logon with this or other users (locally or RDP session) the script works fine.

Any idea, suggestion, help?
