Scroll jump to last tab

When we add tab page after activate scrolltab, scroll to left or right is jumps to last tab page and some pages not display.
e.g If I have 20 pages and display size is for 5 tab only, when click on scroll it shows last 5 tab pages i.e. 16-20 pages, middle tab pages 6-15 are missing.

How to move one by one tab page ?

Just so I understand what the issue is, are the middle 6-15 tabs not even present in the DOM, or does a click on a scroll arrow trigger so large of a scroll that tabs in the middle are scrolled past and inaccessible? Would you be able to create a plunk or something that demonstrates the issue?

Here's a plunk I created with 20 tabs. Clicking the left- and right-scroll arrows seems to scroll the tabs in a reasonable way that makes all of them accessible:
