Ability to disable automatic open(http://localhost:${port});

I would very much like to turn this off. Can we add a cli param?

Would love to submit a PR but this repo doesn't seem to be public.

+1, I would love to pass --no-open param on dev server

mintlify dev --port 3001 --no-open

At the moment we need to run the patch to disable this as we run all the apps in turborepo
