MLCommons is transitioning from Rclone (Google Drive) to R2 Downloader for model and dataset downloads. As part of this migration, we need to verify whether existing Rclone-based links are still functional. If any are broken or inaccessible, especially those gated behind confidentiality notices, we should plan to migrate them to R2 Downloader.
