Description

The first step in the submission flow is accepting the developer agreement and policies (which we skip if the user has already agreed and the policies/dev-agrement hasn't changed).

We are currently working on a EW article that contains policy FAQ and would like to include a link to that article on the dev-agreement page.

The link should be live for the policy update going into effect on Aug 4. We expect to have the article live on EW by July 8.

@fjosephmoz can you provide a copy for the line you'd like to be added to the AMO page?
