Observation:
When the focus lands on the controls, it becomes partially visible. For the selected radio buttons, it is highlighted in dark color, but the focus is not clearly defined.
Expected Result:
Keyboard focus should be clearly visible for "Rotate clockwise and rotate counterclockwise...... "Controls present under 'Tools' dialog.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Use keyboard navigation(Tab) to reach the tools and open the context/model and navigate to next controls like 'Rotate' using keyboard tab. Though controls are moving but its not highlighting the selection.

What is the expected behavior?

Expected Result:
Keyboard focus should be clearly visible for "Rotate clockwise and rotate counterclockwise...... "Controls present under 'Tools' dialog.

What went wrong?

Without a focus indicator, sighted keyboard users cannot operate the page.
