mp.input support CAPS key

realize probably no need for it in console and it doesn't work there either but for mp.input wish to do tons of text editing with fonts and some support only uppercase ligatures. In other words they must be uppercase and typing out sentences all uppercase holding down shift only works for so long. using latest mpv build from pull requests.
