Summary

We don't need two CI package tools. pkg.pr.new seems better than CodeSandbox CI.

• Support new version of Node
• Build in our own controlled environment
• Has no notion of expiration (yet?) Document expiration time of codesandbox-ci codesandbox/codesandbox-ci-ui#41
• Support branches, e.g. https://pkg.pr.new/mui/base-ui/@base-ui-components/react@master
• CodeSandbox is dead
