Problem Statement

Currently, the QDMI-Qiskit Backend added in #1243 doesn't support authentication. Clients need a way to provide credentials for individual devices to authenticate.

Proposed Solution

According to @burgholzer, these need to be constructor parameters for the backends and also need to be passed to the provider.
