Dumb idea im doing

I'm trying to play minecraft using only my guitar but I'm trying to figure out what value im pulling from to output. I'm relatively new to python so i dont know much other than ctrl+c ctrl+v XD. Pretty much I for example I need a G4 note to press W on my keyboard.
