Unable to update Netbox do to overwriting of netbox.env

I am currently running NetBox Community v4.3.7-Docker-3.3.0. I have been trying to update Netbox to the latest version and am currently unable to as I am getting the following error message:

I've not made any changes to the netbox.env file since first installation. I've tried to fix this with either commit or stash and this makes the problem worse. The update process still fails. Any help would be appreciated as I'm not sure how to fix this issue.
