Building NUT on Solaris 8 and similar old distros

Certain additional packages and tools are needed to build against old distributions such as Solaris 8, and they should get preferred in PATH or otherwise chosen for the build run; see more details in https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/issues/1736 and see also Prerequisites for building NUT on different OSes (Solaris 8)
