e2e folder changes name to "null" after inserting seed phrase

Steps to reproduce

1. create a folder
2. encrypt it
3. enter the 12 words of the seed phrase the folder will change its name to "null" and will not retain its original name

Expected behaviour

I would expect the folder not to change name to "null"

Folder Is null
