E2EE not working in qa version of the app

Steps to reproduce

1. Build the qa version of the app (qaDebug build variable) or download an auto generated version from any PR
2. Try opening an encrypted folder (encrypted with working version of the app)

Expected behaviour

The app should ask for the password to encrypt the folder

Actual behaviour

The app opens the creating new key pair dialog and shows a new passphrase. When continuing, an error shows that the keys could not be saved.

Could be a server issue, rejecting all requests from not official clients? Just an idea...

I can confirm this behavior with version 3.30.0 of this app on Android 13 ..

Only for QA build variant requests are failing.

RemoteOperationResult{mSuccess=false, mHttpCode=403, mHttpPhrase='Forbidden', mException=null, mCode=FORBIDDEN, message='null', getLogMessage='Operation finished with HTTP status code 403 (fail)'}

Instead of showing new passphrase, DownloadKeysAsyncTask results must be handled properly.

Fix for that: #14538. @ZetaTom @tobiasKaminsky Please review.

I will try to find root cause of this issue and handle in different PR.
