Inconsistency in folder name display for V2 Encryption #12749

Steps to reproduce
- Have Nextcloud v28 server
- Use v2 Encryption method
- Create encrypted folder
- Upload file inside encrypted folder
Expected behaviour
Folder name should be visible all the time correctly
Actual behaviour
The folder name initially shows as "null" and then at some point later, it reverts back to its normal state.
