Describe permissions for the app in playstore/f-droid

The reason is not everyone knows the app needs this specific permission. And it is a step to more transparency

These are the permissions we need to describe:

YOUR ACCOUNTS
⚠ Act as an account authenticator [AUTHENTICATE_ACCOUNTS]
Allows an application to use the account authenticator capabilities of the AccountManager, including creating accounts and getting and setting their passwords.
