Custom default fields

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When editing contacts a user requires some fields, that are hidden behind two additional clicks, quite often. (like notes)

Have an admin setting to choose which fields are additionally shown when editing and creating a contact.

Additional context

Although PHP isn't my strong suite, I would be able to contribute the changes myself – but would require some feedback on the code probably.
