Site navbar?

Hi, thanks for the amazing work.

I was looking to have a navbar in my clerk notebook so it can simply be presented as a complete website.
Similar to how Jupyter notebooks does it.

Clerk has ToC but not the rest.
I think these are all great features, most important of them is a site navigation, Maybe exports after that.
