Update custom resource definition yaml descriptions

All Custom Resource Definitions must have proper descriptions against the keys/items. the idea around this task is to make sure that there is no discrepancy between descriptions at

• https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-ingress-controller and

• https://github.com/nginx/kubernetes-ingress/tree/main/config/crd/bases

• VirtualServer

• VirtualServerRoute

• GlobalConfiguration

• Policies

• TransportServer

If any fields are without proper descriptions in yaml files, please update!
