NGF Longevity Clusters

As a maintainer of NGF
I want to run clusters for stable and edge versions of NGF in perpetuity
So that I can better test how NGF performs over a much longer period of time
And so that longevity test results are easier to collect.

Acceptance

• A cluster installed with the latest stable version of NGF is deployed
• A cluster installed with the edge version of NGF is deployed
• Whenever a new stable or edge version is published, the cluster is updated with the respective version of NGF
• Each cluster has long running performance metrics captured and displayed via Grafana
