When running valgrind command I get this error

valgrind: failed to start tool 'memcheck' for platform 'arm64-linux': No such file or directory

I had to give execution permission to everything and export this variable:
export VALGRIND_LIB=/data/local/tmp/valgrind/libexec/valgrind

After that I get segmentation fault even if I run valgrind --help
