Sample repository should exclude development files #867
Description
Repositories containing a single sample should exclude development files such as .editorconfig, .github and .gitlab-ci.yml. Those should not find their ways inside sample archives.
- Add those files to default excludes for sample content
- Add a test case in the global "well behaving sample" test suites
