Conserve Gradle module metadata formatting

When editing the metadata, we are breaking the pretty print. We should not do that.

The current JSON editing is performed using embedded Groovy. We have a spike that models the read/write of Gradle Module Metadata. We need to find a place where to release that code in nokee-commons and then migrate the code.
