Is it possible to show only the backlink emoji without showing the whole backlink adress

So I'm trying to get my TODO's and such in order with the tasks plugin, and am using a permanently pinned note for that.
I want to display the due date in full, and have the option to jump to the source of the checkbox, but don't want the full pathname displayed (due to clutter).

I am able to get the backlink to only be the emoji, simply by using short mode in my query, however, this hides the due dates, and I can't seem to reenable then, even with show due date.

On the other hand, if I don't use short mode, I can't seem to minimize the backlink to just the emoji, I can only get it to display the whole backlink, or nothing at all.

I might be missing something obvious, but I couldn't find the answer in the wiki or on the forum yet, so if anyone could help me (or inform me if this is indeed not possible atm) then that would be a great help <3
