More filtering options for filter_detections - include the Remora suite? #9

We've been building DwC archives with the standard Pincock-style filtering applied to detection data and have noticed that some of the long-distance detections (potentially manufacturer mis-match on the R64K band) are surviving the time-based filter.
A tidy solution to this would be to provide an option to include the speed/distance filters from remora , perhaps with an argument to filter_detections()
We'd need to bring in the logic from the OTN fork of remora https://github.com/ocean-tracking-network/remora and implement it in resonate.
