[IMP] point_of_sale: rename Ingenico to Axepta BNP Paribas

This commit is responsible of two things:
- rename occurrences of "Ingenico" to "Axepta BNP Paribas",
- merge it with Worldline as we now use Worldline protocol
to configure these terminals.
