Added support of 'spice-gtk' package.

 - Moved 'phodav' spec file from SPECS-EXTENDED to SPECS
 - Updated licenses.json and LICENSES-MAP.md to include spice-gtk
 - Modified cgmanifest.json to reflect new dependencies
