add renaming capability to man pages #14
Description
This is related to the binary/library prefixing issue #10 . Ideally to avoid confusing users, it would be good to come up with some method for templating the existing prrte man pages to allow for renaming of the man pages themselves and the content to reflect use of prefixing option considered in #10 .
The man pages for PRRTE currently are in (assuming a checkout of OMPI) path-to-ompi-work-area/3rd-party/prrte/docs/man
