Clarify "ensure" in implemeting unique keys #4707
Description
It may be worth clarifying what does "ensure" mean. Does this apply to user-supplied maps or only to maps created by internally by the implementation itself? If it applies to user-supplied maps (and I think it should) perhaps "enforcement" is the appropriate term here.
