Connection failed: error sending request for url (https://ai.megallm.io/v1/ chat/completions?)

When I use codex with my megallm api , There is a Connection failed error. But I can send a request with OpenAI Client like

This is unlikely to be a bug in codex itself. I'm going to convert it to a discussion topic. Perhaps someone in the community can help you with your configuration.
