Update Nexus to 3.71.0 or later version

With Nexus 3.70, OrientDB has been market to decommission and no more versions will come with it.
In Nexus 3.71, H2 DB is the only option for OSS edition of Nexus so a migration need to be done for the ones who uses Orient DB.
