We already resource request and limits for CPU and Memory, we also should add for Ephemeral-storage for the whole OpenDevStack as good practice

Additional context
- Docker build process needs more Ephemeral storage that running workloads
- SonarQube server needs 500MiB of Ephemeral as request, investigate if this is because we do not have a PVC mounted for logs and other paths recommended from vendor
