Describe the bug
Missing Templates for opensearch 3 and ecs v9

To Reproduce
Start Logstash connected to an opensearch 3 cluster and you get an error message like this.

message":"Failed to install template","message_1":"Failed to load default template for OpenSearch v3 with ECS disabled; caused by: #<ArgumentError: Template file '/usr/share/logstash/vendor/bundle/jruby/3.1.0/gems/logstash-output-opensearch-2.0.3-java/lib/logstash/outputs/opensearch/templates/ecs-disabled/3x.json' could not be found>"

Expected behavior
There should be a opensearch 3 ecs enabled and disabled template available to be loaded by logstash into opensearch.

I have same error in EKS. My solution is:

      command: ["/bin/sh", "-c", "cp /usr/share/logstash/vendor/bundle/jruby/2.6.0/gems/logstash-output-opensearch-2.0.1-java/lib/logstash/outputs/opensearch/templates/ecs-v8/2x.json /usr/share/logstash/vendor/bundle/jruby/2.6.0/gems/logstash-output-opensearch-2.0.1-java/lib/logstash/outputs/opensearch/templates/ecs-v8/3x.json"]

I also ran into this problem and used a similar workaround as above. A future fix would be appreciated.
