Will cabin be available on Windows?

So I was recommended cabin by chatgpt, and I found out cabin was and IS great thing, because we know both C and C++ are like "wild" languages, there's no single actual owner of C and C++, and lack of a lot of things; I also have tried Xmake, but it's kinda tricky to use lua as configuration file. I also have tried other languages with mature and "less-chaotic" environment languages, like C# with dotnet new console, Rust with cargo new Proj etc etc, and those are mature on Windows, hopefully Cabin will be available on Windows, and (maybe) with vcpkg and/or cmake integration.
