The changes are as follows.

Major Change

• Native implementation of Tx features.
• Most of Tx classes are designed to be extensible.
• EuPI( Euphony Programming Interface) Feature : EuPI Provides an interface to act as an input device through sound waves. for example, the mouse acts as a left-click, a right-click, double-click, click drag, and so on. and Sound waves have several frequency bands and are provided to serve as an interface through those frequencies.
  • It can be understood that the left and right keys of the mouse are their respective natural frequencies in sound waves.
  • Provides the wave listener such as WaveKeyDown, WaveKeyUp, and WaveKeyPressed.
• Provides most of native functions unit-test through gtest.
• Configured that unit-test runs automatically when one AVD or smartphone is connected during build
• When an AVD or two smartphones are connected at the same time, the build is stopped due to an error (CMakeLists script patch required for this)

Interface list

• Charset : interface to implement character encodings (DefaultCharset, ASCIICharset)
• Base : Basic Unit Interface to express data (BASE2, BASE16)
• FFTModel : FFT Interface
• Modem : Modulates and demodulates analog data(acoustic wave) to digital data (FSK)

Class list

• ASCIICharset: ASCII can represent 128 character strings. (English and other characters)
• DefaultCharset : Expresses the BASE number, For example 12AB -> 12AB
• BASE2: Used when you want to use a binary string as the main data unit.
• BASE16: Used when you want to use a hexadecimal string as the main data unit (requires future support such as BASE32, BASE64, etc.)
• BaseFactory: A factory method to simply create strings with multiple base representations.
• Definitions: Collects and stores global constants in one place. Data communication experiments are possible by adjusting various parameters through the values ​​stored here
• EuphonyAudioSource : Oboe Dependency class wrapping AAUDIO and OpenSL for audio processing in Native stage
• EuPIOscillator: An abbreviation for Euphony Programming Interface, which plays the role of EuPI's oscillator.
• EuPIRenderer : Responsible for rendering of Euphony Programming Interface
• FFTProcessor : KissFFT's wrapping processor class created with FFTModel interface
• FSK: Implementation of Modem interface that implements Frequency Shift keying
• HexVector : Basically, all BASE classes have a HexVector and use it after converting to each base system. important data structures
• ModemFactory : The creation factory method of classes implemented with the Modem interface.
• Packet : Data packet of sound wave communication
• PacketBuilder: A class implemented as a builder pattern to easily create packets.
• TxEngine : A class connected with Java and Native interface. Can be seen as a façade pattern
• Wave: A data structure in which a sin wave that can generate digital data as analog (sound wave) is stored.
• WaveBuilder : Builder pattern to easily create Wave
• WaveRenderer: oboe dependency class that wraps AAUDIO and OpenSL for audio processing in Native stage

Description

• v0.8 is an experimental version.
• There have been many changes and since this is an early version, there is a high probability that there will be bugs. Bug patches are always welcome.
• The algorithm itself for generating sound waves is almost the same as the 0.7.1.6 version, but it was found that the Amplitude is basically lower than the previous version (requires a future software patch)
• Most of Tx functions were tested with unit-test through gtest, which also serves as documentation through unit tests.
• We would appreciate it if you could contribute to PR by implementing various other features by making good use of the interfaces added to Tx :)
• There is a basic PR rule to blow up the results of unit-test tests as PRs, so we would appreciate if you follow them.
