Toolbar drop-down buttons not displayed properly.

Hi!

I'm running at the moment angular-summernote (0.8.1), the angular module works, but some buttons of the toolbar are not working as expected.

Ex1 :
Font selector is not displaying available fonts of the browser, but if you select one and type something the font-type changes.

Ex2:
The table drop-down menu is not displaying correctly the values of table columns/rows, if you try to create a new table sometimes it works and sometimes it only create a 1x1 table. In both case the table popover to add/delete columns or row never display.

If there are solution or I miss something let me know.

@bygre14790 I was able to fix it by updating all summernote related libs to the latest version.
