While Mouse select text by dragging or double-click, the text selected becomes "0".
this bug occus on SQL-EDIT window or Table-Columns-Edit window.
Just like press "0"key after selected text.
I repeat it at 2 PC (Win10 2019LTS) by RDP

This does not happen when I try it - also on Windows, both locally and over RDP. I think this is something that people do often and there was no such bug report yet.

You've said you repeated it on 2 PCs. Are these 2 virtual machines accessed over RDP from your single local computer? Maybe the problem is on your local computer? Have you tried with a different one?
