Lock notes work wrong.

I have 2 computers, and login Chrome with same account

Computer 1: Lock note
Computer 2: Sync note

Problem is: The note in Computer 2 is not locked, and I can delete in normally without any prompt.
If I come back to Computer 1 and sync note, it's gone.
