Missing URI | FQSEN and bad link for @see

Consider the following example:

@see search.php for copyright and version

This results in

See also
  for copyright and version

And the link points to the current page with no fragment identifier.
#22 appears to be a partial fix, but this affects multiple views. I haven't tested it, but the PR only touches two files. However, a search for "<dt>See also</dt>" shows similar code in six different files.

Note that other templates have similar issues. See phpDocumentor/phpDocumentor#1079
