Feature Request: Add hover effect, pointer cursor, and click-to-scroll-to-top on footer. #2058
Description
When users hover over the footer, it should display a visual hover effect, change the cursor to a pointer, and, when clicked, smoothly scroll the page back to the top.
When a user hovers over the footer, it should provide clear visual feedback and display a pointer cursor to indicate that it is clickable.
When the user clicks the footer, the page should smoothly scroll back to the top, improving navigation for long pages.
