New version of IGLWrap_jll #41

Hi,
I am developing a Julia wrapper to the Geant4 particle transport toolkit Geant4.jl, which includes a CSG geometry module. For drawing boolean solids with Makie I would like to use your wrapper IGLWrap_jll to libigl. Since my main development platform is Mac and what is currently released is not working, I would like to make a new release of the wrapper. I'll prepare a PR to Yggdrasil with the needed changes if you do not mind.
