CI testing for the analysis2 workflow #55
Description
As discussed in the stdpopsim call on 6/28/2022, it would be great to develop some sort of CI testing for the analysis2 workflow.
- one idea would be to set up a GH Action that triggers rerunning the pipeline on a very tiny example, and then evaluates if the proper files were created. this would probably be a simple route and easy to code.
- A second idea would be to try to integrate real
pytestintegration viasnakemake, but no one on the call was familiar with how exactly to do that.
