Photos are shown to belong to a different user

Describe the bug

I have an instance with two users.
One admin A and one further user B.

All photos uploaded by the user B are shown in memories to belong to user A. That is not correct as the info windows in memories as well as in the default photos app reveal. The photo clearly belongs to user B.

Are they in a shared folder? Shared folder belongs to the creator of the shared folder

Ah, yes, they are in shaded folder created by A. (Is it possible to see the owner in the ui? The info Dialogs all only show that the file was created by B)
