Added fixes for levels 11-14 and removed respective .config files. Tested the code against my solutions for the previous implementation and it should work as well as the previous code design. |

The challenges 10-14 in the cryptography section refer to a run file in the parent directory as a symlink. The run file in the parent directory includes code for those challenges but not exclusively to those challenges. This is confusing since the pwn.college website doesn't include challenge numbers and the run file includes irrelevant code.
Additionally, removed the unused .config file and added byte-decoding logic to the suggested code not present in the #52
