Reason for request

I tried to register with my email address, but received this message: "This email address is already being used by another account. Use a different email."
Yesterday, I created an account on test.pypi, but I don't recall ever creating one on pypi. It's possible I did so a long time ago and have since forgotten. My username on test.pypi and GitHub is stenci, and I assume that if I ever registered on pypi, I would have used the same username.
I tried using the username stenci to request a password reset, but I haven’t received any email.
So I tried using the email address instead — and here I am.

I wasn't able to find any PyPI account with the username you provided. I did find an account with that name on test.pypi but I am assuming your login issue is with main PyPI. If you can send an email confirming the email address used for your account to support@pypi.org, I can proceed from there, thanks.
